Book Discussions
For Cannonball 16, we changed our book club discussions. We switched from focusing on a specific book or books, to having periodic Zoom discussions around a book genre. We held 6 meetings during the year

- April – Environmentally-related Books, with guest host KimMiE”
- June – Pride Month, with guest author Helena Greer
- October – Sci-Fi Book Chat featuring Murderbot Diaries
- December – End of Year Chat
This year we are continuing the same focus, and we’ve already had our first zoom discussion on mysteries. Looking for a good book? Take a look at our Goodreads shelf and see which mystery books were discussed.

Donations
I’m thrilled to announce that Cannonball Read has now donated a total of $13,250 to the American Cancer Society. All profits of Cannonball Read, Inc. (CBR) are donated to cancer causes to support our mission, and thanks to your financial support. There are many ways to support us: through Facebook fundraisers, matching corporate donations, monthly gifts, in memoriam donations and more. We welcome all possibilities for donations!
