These are the books I finished in the month of March in which I didn’t have time or words to elaborate on… Batman: The Killing Joke *** Two of my favorites team up for a Batman prose novel? Yes! Harleen is part of DC’s newish Black Label comics. They’re more adult in theme than the normal DC roster, and probably most (in)famous for including an illustration of Batman’s penis. The total reboot of DC Comics, called the New 52, has produced some solid hits with Birds of Prey, Batwoman, and Catwoman. All 3 titles feature strong female protagonists that are multifaceted and complex. One of the odder additions was a new line called Suicide Squad.
