These are the books I finished in the month of March in which I didn’t have time or words to elaborate on… Batman: The Killing Joke *** Two of my favorites team up for a Batman prose novel? Yes! Firstly, I’m nearly certain that I would have given this four stars unreservedly had I not done the audio version. YMMV, obviously, on all books. 3.5 stars. A very interesting read, both from a story standpoint and a writing standpoint. It didn’t totally work for me on every level, but I’m not sorry I read it and I would recommend it. DO NOT do the audiobook if you’re a frequent podcast listener. The actors they got for the audio version are trying their hardest, they really are.
