Raina Telgemeier is amazing and I wish she had been writing when I was a tween. As it is, I’m happy to be able to give these books to my daughters and enjoy the nostalgia they bring me. I didn’t love the final book in the Call of Crows series quite as much as I liked the first two. I enjoyed the first book in this series enough to immediately get the second book. Luckily my library had a copy. Libraries ftw! Best case zombies
3.5 stars. This book was a complete surprise and a total delight. Gobbled it up in one day because it was basically literary candy. Like, really well made gourmet level candy.
