B is for Bingo and Batcat

Batcat V03 Cooking Contest! by Meggie Ramm.

July 15, 2025 by BlackRaven Leave a Comment

cbr17bingo B (for Batcat) When you find yourself reading a series, there are only two options. The first, only read one and hope that you can live with any open ending or continuation to the story unanswered, or two, be like me with the series Batcat and try and read them all! Volume 3 of Batcat is Batcat V03 Cooking Contest! by Meggie Ramm. This time there is more fun and cuteness from Batcat (who is a nonbinary, part bat and part cat creature) and […]

I say this because I had forgotten some of volume one by the time I got to two.  I like the modern characters and interesting messages that the Batcat series gives, but I don’t always find the characters lovable. Sure a (SPOILER) vampire penguin […]

If Enemy Pie, Casper the friendly ghost, and Dr. Doolittle made a book

Batcat by Meggie Ramm

November 8, 2022 by BlackRaven Leave a Comment

Batcat by Meggie Ramm is a cute story about not being just one thing, but a mix of things that makes you, you and special. Batcat has a problem. It is called a Ghost. A very annoying, obnoxious ghost. You see, Batcat wants to be alone. Drink their hot chocolate alone. Sleep alone. Eat alone. Watch tv alone. Play video games alone. And most importantly, when they have an ice cream craving, they want to go to the freezer and find their ice cream not eaten […]
