I can’t remember where I first saw Atomic Habits: An Easy & Proven Way to Build Good Habits & Break Bad Ones (2018) by James Clear, but I thought it might be interesting and useful. I have spoken at length about my love of behavioral economics, but the type of book that I enjoy is fairly specific and difficult to outline.
