Let me start this review by admitting that I love David Mitchell. I love everything he writes and I love that he interweaves his novels so there are always little references to previous works of his. I tried to keep this review clean. I failed.

A quick, creepy read that was just a bit sobering for me
Another day, another Mitchell! I bought Slade House not long after I finished The Bone Clocks because I didn’t want to stop living in Mitchell’s world. It ended up being the perfect accompaniment to Bone Clocks, almost like a side note into the world of Atemporals, souls who are able to live on for centuries in different bodies. A small skirmish in the larger war of The Bone Clocks.
The Bone Clocks is one of my favorite books I read this year so I was very happy to learn David Mitchell was releasing a side story to it this October.
