The Art is Better Than the Story
I think a few Cannonballers reviewed the Monstress series last year, and when I saw volume one at the local comic book store, the art was so beautiful I decided to make the purchase. Mary Roach is a never ending delight, but this was not my book.

Strangers in the Night
This is an older Loretta Chase that I hadn’t read until I was intrigued by Malin’s recent review. To be honest, I’m not sure if I liked it as much as the books that follow this.
