It is, perhaps, fitting that it’s taken me so long to finish these books (and write this review). I started reading A Game of Thrones at the end of June (and started this review on the 28th), and I’m sitting here well over a month later. Finally, after what seems like ages, I’ve caught up with George RR Martin and finished A Dance with Dragons. (Just in time for GOT to start again on HBO!).
