Cannonball Read 9 has officially started. Note: there is one new field that you’ll need to fill in when you are writing your post: Book Quantity. Use this field to say how many books are being reviewed in that post. The data in that field will eventually replace the manual update of the leaderboard, but not yet.
Seventh CBR Donation to American Cancer Society
Huzzah! We snuck one last donation in under the wire – in the amount of $100 – to the American Cancer Society! Due to the matching grant, our donation counts as $200, bringing our yearly total to $1275! Woohoo!

Sixth CBR8 Donation to American Cancer Society
To close out the year, I’m so happy to tell you that we’ve made another donation, in the amount of $200, to the American Cancer Society in AlabamaPink’s name. I’m also pleased to note that our donation today was doubled, due to a group of generous donors to the American Cancer Society who have issued a challenge: They will match every gift made before midnight tonight, dollar for dollar, up to $25,000.
