My heart. Emma Barry is so good. At its core, Chick Magnet is hurt/comfort. Nic and Will each start the book in a bad place and though they are in no condition to start a new relationship, they offer each other comfort and understanding. Partners in Crime is the Alisha Rai book I’ve always wanted. I had such a good time with this. Exes Mira and Naveen get kidnapped together and work together to get themselves out of the trouble Mira’s late father got them into.
