A collection of poems. Seems very autobiographical. I haven’t read poetry for a very long time and I picked this up because I used to know the author. This is his first book published even though he has published in many magazines, and collections. Easily digestable but have a way to stick with you after you read them.

I randomly picked this up, when not feeling my best and wanted an easy romance novel to enjoy. Now I’m happy this is actually the first in a series, and I can’t wait for the second installement.
