Total psychopath or justifiably big mad at her treatment at the hands of her wealthy bio-family? That’s for us and a jury of her peers to decide!

Grace Bernard has been imprisoned for a murder she didn’t commit. But not for any of the several murders she did carry out. Getting away with all of the murders is the ultimate goal, but as Grace languishes in prison waiting for her appeal she’s got some time to kill. What better way to fill that time than to write a secret tell-all memoir just for her? Exactly how did Grace kill her family?
I popped this book on hold after reading an article that it was soon to be a Netflix miniseries starring Anya Taylor-Joy. I didn’t know anything about the book other than assumptions made from the title, but Netflix has earned a teensy weensy shred of goodwill from me after the delightful adaptation of The Perfect Couple. I did find the story being told in the first person a little overwhelming but by the first murder Grace had me charmed and hooked in. Get ‘em girl! She’s very sarcastic and quite obliviously full of herself but I was still amused. And the end! Oh the end. I laughed and laughed at the final twist. It was just so appropriate.
