Bats gets a dose of Karma from Shiva

Picked this up at the library and enjoyed it. Cassandra Cain alias Orphan is a very interesting character in the DC Rebirth Universe and this particular graphic novel expands her character for the first time since her intro back in the Batman: Eternal books. Ras Al Ghul shows up to make veiled hints about things that he is up to and Cassandra gets a mother. Everybody gets beat up and our heroes save the day. Looks like this particular series is going down a magic path, which is kind of a bummer for me, except that it may mean that Zatanna may show up, so that always improves the view at least. I also like the character development that they are giving to Clayface, who now works with Batman. His personal torment and desire to be helpful to the Bat Clan is fun to watch.
