Revenge & the Wild is set in Rogue City, a town filled with magic and magical creatures. Humans live alongside vampires, elves, leprechauns, and more. They don’t always get along, but they have a wary peace. The native people cast a spell to protect the humans, but the spell has been fading. Worse, if magic dies so do the magical creatures.
Westie’s father Nigel created a machine to generate magic from gold. In order to get gold, he needs an investor. The Fairfields, a family of four and their cousin James, have gold to invest, but they set off Westie’s panic buttons. When Westie was young, she witnessed her family being eaten by cannibals. They even took her arm, which Nigel replaced with a steam-powered prosthetic. After years of hunting to get her revenge, Westie is surprised when the Fairfields turn out to be the cannibals who ate her family.
